Performance of Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Venezuela Q2 2023

The second quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends among the top 5 navigation and maps applications on iOS in Venezuela, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence with steady weekly downloads, starting at approximately 2.3K and rising to nearly 2.9K by the end of June. Weekly active users remained fairly constant, fluctuating around 156K to 159K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic had a more modest performance in terms of downloads, ranging from around 312 to 518 per week. The app saw active users hover between 17.7K and 19.2K, with a slight dip mid-quarter but rebounding towards the end.

Google Earth experienced stable weekly downloads, generally between 230 and 341. Active users showed a gradual increase from approximately 1.7K to nearly 2K over the quarter.
